Karen Avtar has been teaching yoga since 2003. She is a teacher and professional trainer of Shakti Dance and is also a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. She co-founded the mantra label, Maya Records, and has studied Indian Classical music with Professor Surinder Singh of the Raj Academy.
